ICEM 09/DECOM 09 The 12th International Conference and Environmental Remediation and Radioactive Waste Management

After a very successful event last year, Venn are looking forward to exhibiting at this year’s ICEM 09/DECOM 09 conference in Liverpool. Venn Chairman, Nick Meek, said “Decom 08 provided a fantastic chance to meet customers old and new. It was great to get an overview of the industry in a less formal environment. The networking opportunities were excellent and we are really looking forward to this year’s event.”

We invite existing and potential customers who are attending the conference to visit us at Stand 18 to discuss Environmental, Decommissioning and Waste Management issues or just to catch up. Our team will be manning the stand throughout the conference and will distribute our new brochure detailing our latest successes and future offerings.

Venn Engineering Services Ltd has been awarded an ISO14001:2004 certificate. This follows a recent audit of our Environmental Management System by SGS, the international inspection, verification, testing and certification company.

Matt said, "Our clients are a very environmentally aware group of companies, and they expect this high level of awareness to be reflected by their suppliers. This formal accreditation recognises our own environmental commitment, the quality of our own management systems and the high level of knowledge within our personnel."

This week also saw Venn's Quality Management System reaccredited to the new ISO9001:2008 standard.
